Returns:
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We will do our best to
satisfy each and every one of our customers to the best of our ability.
Any merchandise in original condition may be returned within 30
days of receipt for a full “no questions asked” refund
(shipping charges are not refundable). After 30 days, returns will
not be accepted. Please call us directly to obtain a return confirmation
authorization. Any items damaged by the customer will not be accepted
for a refund. Returned items must be shipped to SolitaireSymbol®International
prepaid and insured for full value(delete). Please include name,
address, telephone number and invoice number when returning items
so we can properly credit your account.
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within three days of receipt of the order
prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped the customer is responsible
to pay for the full shipping charges when refusing the shipment.
